RATES

All costs are in Australian dollars and is inclusive of GST

Peak Season – NSW School Holidays and Public Holidays:

Studio Apartment No 4

19th December – 10th January

  • $1200 per week

All other peak times:

  • $900 per week

Remainder of the Year:

  • $800 per week

Weekend Rates:

  • $300 – Friday & Saturday Nights

Minimum Stay is for 2 nights.
Any stay between 2 – 7 nights is a pro rata of the applicable rate mentioned above

Additional Charges: (regardless of length of stay)

  • $200 bond – fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection at the conclusion of your stay
  • $50 cleaning fee
